Before you book
A few key things to know before you lock in your date:
- A 50% deposit secures your date. Your balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
- Postponing is free with at least 2 weeks’ notice, as long as we’re available on your new date.
- If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, 75% of your deposit is refunded. The other 25% is a non-refundable booking fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days of your event are non-refundable.
- We arrive 30 minutes before your service time to set up. This isn’t part of your service time, and earlier set-up or later pack-down costs extra.
- Florence needs at least 1.5m wide and 2m long access, with no stairs or steep slopes.
- A travel fee applies for events more than 30 minutes from Coolangatta.
